Is burnout a threat to your employee's well-being and productivity? The company asked me to conduct a needs analysis for the morality and well-being committee. Check out a mock course I co-developed for employees to learn ways to manage the effects of stress, pressure, and burnout.

Government Project

Helping organizations transition traditional business functions, onboarding, and training delivery into the 21st century. For example, I implemented a statewide eLearning program originally delivered in-person to employees requiring certification to perform job duties.

Addressing the Issues of Engaging Learners

This scenario-based microlearning concept project was developed for administrators, trainers, and instructors in a corporate environment to practice techniques to engage learners during video conferencing.

Instructional Writing

I write and edit training manuals and content for Instructor-Led Training, e-Learning, and Video Training. Creating accessible, compelling, and efficient scripts, outlines, and assessments. Media and Content

Although I am an Instructional Designer, I began my L&D journey as a corporate training & development trainer and coordinator. My undergraduate studies helped me to become a freelance front-end website developer, social media manager, and more.

This scenario-based microlearning concept project was developed as a mock mobile activity for foster care case managers and trainers in a human services environment to practice techniques to provide crisis intervention. See planning document.

Launched Microsoft Imagine Academy and Certiport Testing Center

I had the opportunity to launch a Microsoft Imagine Academy Program. The program provided a convenient classroom and flexible virtual learning environment where students, teachers, career professionals can become certified with the latest Microsoft technology to gain digital literacy and a competitive edge in today's job market.
